Fireworks

So this picture was from last night, but I took so many cool firework pictures, and I wanted to show them off. I had my tripod with me, but there were sooooo many people, and no room to put out a tripod. So I just held the camera myself, which made the fireworks a little shaky, but some came out cool. I love this one because the closer you get to the bottom of the fireworks, the more they look like little hearts. It’s so cute. But anyways, I have one that has little 7 shapes, and a lot with just little swirly shapes. Last night was fun, but I ended up getting blisters on my feet because there were no parking spots closer than like, a mile to where we watched the fireworks. It was horrible. I wish we could have found somewhere away from all the people. That’s the only reason I hate going. I love watching fireworks, but when you’re shoulder to shoulder with a ton of strangers and people keep walking in front of you even though you have a damn camera pointed at the fireworks… *sigh* The things I go through for the sake of photography. Brent’s wonderful though, because he hates it just as much as I do, but he came along so I wouldn’t have to go all by myself. I love him. Hehe.

Oh, and I added a photo in my gallery of a cool looking grave I saw while we were walking to the fireworks. i was mostly trying out settings with my camera since I never take pictures outside. (In case you were wondering what it was and why I took it.)

And none of my pictures I put up today were edited in Photoshop. A few of them were small fireworks, so I edited them into one picture with a screen on the top layers. Other than that though, there’s no color changes or blurs or anything like that. Just so you know. =)
