Positively Peden Photography

I had to go outside to check the mail, so since it was so sunny out, I decided it was a good time to get some better pictures of the tulip tree. It’s right outside our window, which I opened up yesterday, and it smells so pretty, so when a breeze comes in, we smell it. I think these flowers are so pretty. =)

Not sure what this flower is called, but I actually took this picture without looking… It was around something, so I had to stretch out to get it, and I just pointed my camera where I thought it should go and came up with this. I love that everything is blurry, but this flower just sorta pops out of the picture.

Plus, purple is my favorite color. <3

I’m not sure what this flower is called, but I thought the picture of it turned out really nice. My camera doesn’t always focus exactly how I want it to, but I’m really happy with this one. I kinda like how I got all the little bugs in it too. =)

Edit: Mrs. Boone told me it is called a Chrysanthemum. =)

No mystery today. Just a pretty white flower I found in the yard when I was taking pictures of the pumpkins. I thought it turned out cute. I liked how my camera focused on the flower closest to it and the other ones are kinda blurred out. It even has some bokeh effect in the background. =)

This Week’s Theme: Alphabet A through G

Today’s letter is F. I saw these tiny flowers in our backyard today and had to take a pic. We were outside working on Brent’s mom’s truck again today. I also added a picture from Mrs. Boone’s house that I took last week that I forgot to put in the gallery. There was three frogs on the fence all right next to eachother. They were so cute. Also, I added a picture of a storm we had yesterday. It was parts of Danny, which turned into a tropical storm and slid in right next to us. We just got a few hours of rain and that was it though. We’ve been lucky and missed both hurricanes that were predicted to hit us. Hopefully we keep our luck.

I went out to town and was able to get a couple cool shots, but they got accidentally deleted, so I had to come up with something else to put up here. I chose a little flower paper weight thingy that Brent had in the room. I thought it looked pretty cool. A couple shots were messed with in Photoshop. I changed the hue and saturation on them to make them look a little more interesting. But anyways, tomorrow we have to go out again because we have to send out my old camera (it sold on eBay for $20 more than I got my new camera for!) cause we didn’t get out in enough time today to send it. I will definitely get some shots while I’m out. I swear, I think I jinx it everytime I say I’m going to take outside shots. I guess we’ll just have to wait till tomorrow to see what happens. =P
